Terms of Service

The service

Your.PA provides an AI personal assistant delivered through Telegram, including conversation, memory, reminders, web search, morning briefings, and optional calendar integration and, for paid accounts, an optional AI phone receptionist. By starting a trial or subscribing you agree to these terms.

Trials and billing

  • New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment details are required to start.
  • After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of $9.99/month, billed via Stripe or PayPal.
  • You can cancel at any time, via the billing portal at your.pa/billing or by asking your assistant, and your subscription runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your assistant pauses until payment is resolved.
  • The phone receptionist is available only while the account is paid and includes 30 call minutes per UTC calendar month, with a 15-minute maximum per call. Unused minutes do not roll over.

Phone receptionist

You are responsible for ensuring your use of call recording, transcription, notifications, and AI disclosure complies with the laws that apply to you and your callers. The receptionist identifies itself as AI in its default greeting. Availability and bookings may occasionally be wrong, so important appointments should be verified.

Your account and bot

You create your assistant's Telegram bot with your own Telegram account and supply its token to us. The bot and its identity belong to you; the assistant service behind it belongs to us. Your assistant is locked to your Telegram account and must not be resold or shared as a service to others.

Acceptable use

Don't use Your.PA to break the law, harass people, generate spam, or attempt to access our infrastructure beyond the assistant interface. We may suspend accounts that do, with a refund of any unused paid period at our discretion.

What we don't promise

Your.PA is an AI assistant: it can make mistakes, and its answers are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Verify anything important before acting on it. The service is provided "as is"; we aim for always-on but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending things

You can stop any time: cancel and, if you wish, ask for your data to be deleted (see our Privacy Policy). We may end or change the service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
